沖縄東村有銘、金城さんの育てるコーヒー

金城さんと一緒に沖縄で育てるコーヒーを提供し始めたのは３年前、金城さんはやんばる好きとコーヒー好きから、沖縄東村有銘の山でコーヒー農園を始めました。

農園は緑の生い茂る小高い丘の上に位置し、近くには海や沢があることからもミネラルが豊富な環境で、沖縄やんばるならではの自然の恵みを蓄えています。

金城さんのコーヒーは収穫毎に細かく分けて焙煎し収穫や精製ごとの味わいの違いや感想を伝え、金城さんの作るコーヒーが個性のある美味しい一杯になるように挑戦しています。

ハーブの中にどこか南の島のトロピカルフルーツ感があり、軽やかでクリーンな味わいは

島風に吹かれ腰を休めたくなる沖縄の環境を思わせます。

毎年の収穫や精製による味わいの違いも楽しみで、そういったことも含めて楽しんでもらいたいこのコーヒーには、金城さんの沖縄やんばるへの愛情が詰まっています。

We began offering coffee grown together with Mr. Kinjo in Okinawa three years ago. From learning the processing methods to experimenting through trial and error, we continue to challenge ourselves to create delicious coffee every year.

A few years ago, driven by his love for the Yanbaru forest and coffee, Mr. Kinjo started a coffee farm in Arume, located in Higashi Village, Okinawa. The farm sits on a small hill surrounded by lush greenery. With nearby streams and the ocean providing mineral-rich conditions, the land embodies the unique blessings of Okinawa’s Yanbaru region.

Because there is still so much to learn, each harvest brings new discoveries—differences in flavor from each lot and each processing method become part of the joy. We hope you will enjoy these evolving expressions as well.

This coffee is filled with Mr. Kinjo’s passion for Okinawa and his deep love for the Yanbaru region.
