All coffee is freshly roasted in Okinawa, Japan and shipped within 2 business days of roasting.

We currently ship internationally via EMS (Japan Post).

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds due to shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times:

Asia: approximately 5 days to 2 weeks
Europe: approximately 7 to 15 days

Depending on your country, import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply. If additional taxes or fees are required, customs clearance and delivery will proceed after payment has been completed in the destination country.
